**Our fees are indicated and specified at the expense of the buyer if they are not at the expense of the seller. The fees charged to the buyer are calculated in addition to the net selling price, accepted by the seller, charged to the buyer.

These rates are VAT inclusive at the rate of 20%, in accordance with the French legislation in force.

Real Estate Searches:

3% including taxes in addition to the sale price (minimum €15,000 including taxes)

Rentals: Empty and furnished rental Law 89 (Main residence of the tenant)

Payment of tenant fees:

Visit services, creation of the file, drafting of the lease detailed below according to the geographical area:

In very tense area*: Paris and some communes of Yvelines, Hauts de Seine… : 12 € TTC/m2

In the tense zone**: Excluding the municipalities located in the tense zone referred to above: 10 € TTC/m2

In non tense area: The rest of the territory: 8 € TTC/m2

To which are added the services of realization of the inventory, the ceiling is fixed at: 3 €TTC/m2 of living space whatever the geographical area

*The list of municipalities located in very tense areas is annexed to the decree of 1 August 2014 taken in application of article R.304-1 of the CCH.

**Geographical area corresponding to the territories of the municipalities whose list is annexed to Decree no. 2013-392 of 10 May 2013 on the scope of the annual tax on vacant housing (art. 232 of the CGI), with the exception of municipalities located in very tense areas referred to above.
